Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping. For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Time
Each product’s page includes its estimated shipping time, which may differ between pre-made items and pre-orders. Please check the description before purchasing.

Pre-Orders
When pre-orders are open, please allow extra time for production and shipping. Typical wait times are 5–7 weeks, but this can vary depending on the item.

Tracking & Updates
We post regular shipping updates and any delays on our Instagram. Tracking numbers are only provided once your item is ready to ship.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to sender for any reason, we are not responsible. To have the order resent, you must purchase a new shipping label and send it to us via email at support@brokenvanityla.com or Instagram DM.

International Orders
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are outside of our control. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be calculated in advance. Please check with your local customs office to understand potential charges before placing an order.
