Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. After that, we can’t accept returns. Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached to qualify.

Exchanges
Size Exchanges are available within 7 days. A $20 shipping fee applies. Make sure your item is in perfect condition with tags intact.

Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong size, contact us immediately at support@brokenvanityla.com or via Instagram DM. Include your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll get it sorted with no extra fees.

International Orders
We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders due to high shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds are possible for items that are brand new, unworn, and with all tags attached. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Note: sale or discounted items are final.

Processing Time
Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Customs & Duties
Any customs fees, taxes, or import charges for your order are your responsibility. BrokenVanity does not cover these costs—check with your local customs office before purchasing.
